Willa graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2024 and has continued her education through Wella Color Formulation with Alexandria Matiz, Wella Surreal Color with Amy Geister, and R+Co Updo Styling with Nancy Weber.
A self-described “forever student of the craft,” Willa is passionate about learning, evolving, and staying curious about new techniques, trends, and the science behind healthy, beautiful hair. She loves connecting with people and finds inspiration in each guest’s unique story and energy.
Willa is especially drawn to creating hair with movement and texture, but she enjoys working with all hair types. Her goal is to help every guest feel seen, understood, and confident while also empowering them with the knowledge to care for their hair at home.
Fun Fact: “I was raised in the theatre as a child of performers, so behind the chair is my version of the stage—and helping people feel confident is my favorite role.”
