You may search for your desired service first or select “Log In” at top right corner.

  1. Provide guest information by choosing an option from the drop down menu.

  2. Select your desired service, service provider, date & time.

  3. Add any notes for your service provider & verify starting price.

  4. Please review our cancellation policy below before booking your appointment.

You will receive an email confirmation once your appointment is scheduled.

If you do not see your desired service at the time that works best for you, please email guestservices@bijinsalon.com, call 913 671 7777 or text us at 913 294 7697 to be added to our waitlist.

  • Select “Log In” at top right hand corner of page to sign in or create an account; OR search for desired service, date & time, and register/log in at end to schedule.

  • If you are set up as the head of household for your family members, each family member will be available to select for scheduling. Call guest services at 913 671 7777 to add your spouse/child to your account; OR select “Me + # Guests” and provide their contact information to schedule an appointment for them. First & last name, phone number and email address are required for each guest.

  • You are able to cancel your appointments online up to 48 hours in advance. Log in to your account, then go to your appointments and select cancel appointment. To cancel appointments within 48 hours of your appointment, please call 913 671 7777 to speak with Guest Services.

    We require a 24 hour advance notification if you are unable to keep your appointment. Should you be unable to provide this, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the services. Due to the high demand of requested appointments, we need ample time to utilize our wait list.

    A 48 hour advance notice is required to change or cancel multiple services or spa packages. 

  • Select “Log In”, choose “Forgot Password,” enter your email address & click “Reset.” You will receive a link to create a new password.

  • At this time, hair coloring may not be scheduled online due to the variance in timing. If you wish to schedule a hair color service, please call Guest Services at 913 671 7777 or text us at 913 294 7697 for personal assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Some services, including Hydrafacials, prenatal massage, specialty hair services like Qiqi & Wella hair smoothing treatments, corrective color, and extensions, may require special instructions, custom timing, or a consultation. Spa packages, special occasion styling, and blowouts with hot tool styling also require Guest Services assistance.
