You are welcome to wait in our salon and spa lounges for your service provider. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and check in at the front desk. If you are receiving a full spa service or spa day package, please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Masks are currently optional at bijin. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, we welcome that. If you prefer your service provider wear a mask, too, feel free to request that.

Credit cards are required to hold appointments. Please consider accessing our secure online scheduling system in advance to upload your credit card information to reserve your appointments and schedule online.

We require a 24 hour advance notification if you are unable to keep your appointment. Should you be unable to provide this, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the services. Due to the high demand of requested appointments, we need ample time to utilize our waitlist.

A 48 hour advance notice is required to change or cancel 3 or more services or spa packages. 

A note about our cancellation fee: Our stylists and providers are only paid when they’re actively caring for clients. When someone doesn’t show for their appointment or cancels last minute, that time — and income — is lost. Our cancellation policy helps fill their schedules and ensures we can continue offering the level of care our guests expect.

Please advise your service provider of any product, skin or nut allergies.

For checkout, Tippy kiosk is available for gratuities using credit or debit cards. This system is separate from our software and requires you to physically swipe or tap your card or use apple pay at each visit. You may bring cash or use our Tippy for gratuities, but we are not able to provide cash back.

Please consider going to our secure online scheduling system to upload your credit card in advance to save time.

Gift cards are available for purchase online, or in-store at our Prairie Village location. Gift cards are redeemable for products & services only.

Synexis Microbial Reduction System is proven to be effective against both surface and airborne contaminants such as viruses, bacteria, and odors. Other industries serviced by Synexis include hospitals, government buildings, university housing, the food service industry, as well as many local businesses including the Kansas City Royals. Cleaner air and surfaces provide a healthier environment!
