Rosemary comes to bijin with lots of customer service experience. After graduating from the University of Arizona (2005) with a Bachelor’s degree in Retail/Customer Science and a minor in Business, she studied abroad in Florence, Italy. Then, she began her career in buying and merchandising at Macy’s West, Gap Inc. and specialty boutiques.
Not only does Rosemary have the education that feeds her guest services role, but she also has a natural ability to connect with others. She loves providing customer service that is not only the best in class but “above best in class!” She prides herself in her attention to detail and love (“okay, maybe an obsession,” she laughs) for “all things health and beauty.”
Ask Rosemary about her sweet Golden Retriever, Tucker or any Taylor Swift song. She also enjoys food and wine while staying active and healthy.
Fun fact: “My grandmother (and name sake) taught me to never leave the house without a little lipstick.”
