Lori brings lots of experience in the customer service industry, working nearly 20 years in the category. She is fueled by her “unrelenting optimism” and loves taking on new challenges.
She admits she is “absolutely stubborn” in her attempt to find a YES solution and starts each day with her personal mantra: “Today is going to be a good day!”
Nearly two decades in customer service, Lori’s ability to “read the room and make others feel seen” is one of her specialties!
Fun fact: “I’ve been the singer of a band since 2012 and we were lucky enough to open for an internationally touring band and we have released two full albums!”
