Online Scheduling Instructions

Step 1: Enter your Customer ID #

Step 2: Enter your Password

Step 3: Select the "Submit" button

Step 4: To schedule an appointment select the "Services" tab

Step 5: Select the desired service button

Step 6: Select the desire service provider button; if no preference select "No Preference"

Step 7: Select "Search for Appointment"

Step 8: Choose your search option:

  • "First Available" searches first available times for all available dates
  • "Day of Week" searches all available times for one day of the week
  • "Specific Date" searches all available times for only one individual day
  • "No Preference" searches all available times for all available dates
Step 9: Select "Search for Appointment"

Step 10: Select desired appointment time

Step 11: Select "Search for Appointment"

Step 12: Choose the desired service with the appropriate date and time of your request

Step 13: "Accept" or "Decline" the policy statement

Step 14: Select "Email Reminder” or "No Email Reminder" to finalize your appointment search

Step 15: Select "Next"

Step 16: You have successfully scheduled your appointment. Visit your personal email account to view your Schedule Reminder.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get started?

Complete the Online Scheduling Sign-Up form and agree to the Online Scheduling Policy to create your online account. After receiving your Customer ID Number and password, you may access our Online Scheduling System.

What if I have never been to your salon but want to schedule an appointment with one of your service providers?

Great! We would love you to visit us. Please call 913 671-7777 to speak with a Service Coordinator and schedule an appointment. Our Online Scheduling System is available to anyone who has experienced a service at our salon and spa in Prairie Village.

What if I want to schedule more than one service with more than one service provider during the same appointment?

We always encourage our clients to select whichever service provider they would like to perform their services. Our Online Scheduling System allows you to schedule more than one service with more than one service provider.

What if I want to schedule appointments for family or group members?

Everyone in your family or group who has experienced a service at bijin can also establish an account to use our Online Scheduling System. For communication purposes and to prevent appointment mishaps, we require all appointments to be scheduled using the Customer ID Number of the client receiving the service.

What if I change my mind after I have scheduled the appointment?

If you need to change or cancel an appointment we would like the opportunity to personally assist you over the phone. Please call 913 671-7777 to speak with a Service Coordinator. 50% of the total costs of services missed that were scheduled using your Customer ID Number and were not cancelled within 48 hours before the appointment will be charged to your credit card.

How far in advance can I schedule an appointment?

The Online Scheduling System will allow you to schedule appointment ahead two years into the future. Due to schedule changes and adjustments, we encourage you to limit your appointments to 6 months in advance. We cannot guarantee any appointments scheduled beyond that time.

Can I change my Online Scheduling System password?

Yes, we recommend that you change your password periodically. To change your password, please contact us at .
